I am so impressed with this old lady who took on a gang of robbers - I would so prefer to be this lady than the standard group of idiots standing around taking pictures or videoing, but doing nothing. If people power got more stuck in maybe the world would be a nicer place to live in.
Thank you for your comments on my post! The pattern was posted on Lucy's (Attic24) japanese flower post. I think I put a link to it on my post. It was actually only a picture pattern taken from a Japanese crochet book, but it is quite self explanatory I think if you have a little crochet experience.
I used a basic acrylic mix wool, just using what I had available in my stash, but I think it would work well with much finer yarn, or even a cotton mix. Lucy's post links to where she saw the idea which is a french blog I believe. It's lovely seeing every bodies flowers appearing on flickr!
